At Artemisia Jewel, we take great pride in creating custom-made jewellery for each of our clients. Every piece is handcrafted with care and is unique to your specific request.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the design process has not commenced or specific gemstones have not been sourced; after this period, all orders are locked into production and are no longer eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our custom-made jewellery & unique gemstones, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each gemstone is carefully handpicked to create the final product specifically for you, based on your selected gemstones and design. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of the original gemstones and to prevent the risk of them being replaced. Any issue with your order, please contact for further assistance.

Damaged or Faulty Items

While every piece undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before departure, Artemisia Jewel is not liable for damage incurred during courier transit; however, in the event of such an occurrence, you must notify us at within 48 hours of receiving your item—including clear photographs of the damage and original packaging—so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please be advised that any claims submitted after this strict 48-hour window will be considered the result of standard wear and tear rather than transit damage, rendering the item ineligible for further assistance, replacement, or repair under this policy.
