2. Product Information and Custom Orders
• Ready-Made Jewellery: Our ready-made jewellery is crafted with unique natural/earth gemstones and, as a result, each piece may have slight variations. We make every effort to display our products, including their colors, clarity, and materials, as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance may vary due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the unique nature of the natural stones. These items are sold as-is. If you are particular about receiving a specific quality (Color, Clarity, Cut), you may contact us to arrange for a custom piece. This is the best way to ensure your jewellery meets your exact specifications and expectations.
• Semi-Custom Jewellery (Engagement Ring): Fixed design custom jewellery is a semi-custom jewellery with a fixed design. This is made to provide a controlled/valued price to fit specific budget. Although the design is fixed, the completed product may vary depending on the order requirements such as metal used, gemstone size, ring size, and color options. All stones used will be selected randomly within the agreed range. If you are particular about receiving a specific quality (Color, Clarity, Cut), you may contact us to arrange for a fully custom piece at a different price range. This is the best way to ensure your jewellery meets your exact specifications and expectations.
• Fully Custom Jewellery: Our fully custom jewellery is made to order according to your specific request. A non-refundable 50% commitment deposit will be collected upon order confirmation to secure materials and begin the design and creation process. The remaining balance shall be paid upon completion of the custom jewellery. Any requested changes that involve additional materials or labor will be communicated to you in writing via WhatsApp or email for your approval before we proceed. The final piece is a unique creation and may have slight variations due to its custom nature.
• Loose Gemstones: We offer a curated collection of loose gemstones. Please be aware that each gemstone is a unique, natural creation. The images provided on our website are of the exact gemstone you will receive, but factors like your screen’s display settings and lighting conditions can affect how the stone’s color and clarity appear. We provide detailed specifications, photos, and 360-degree videos to help you visually inspect the color, cut, and clarity, allowing you to make a confident and informed decision. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on loose gemstones sales. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of the gemstones and to prevent the risk of them being replaced.
3. Pricing and Payments
• Pricing (Ready-made jewellery, Semi-custom jewellery & Loose gemstones): Due to the fluctuation in the market value of precious metals and rare gemstones, all prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties, which will be added at checkout where applicable; the customer remains responsible for any additional import costs or duties imposed by local authorities upon delivery.
• Pricing (Fully Custom Jewellery): Due to the continuous fluctuation in the market value of precious metals and rare gemstones, all prices are subject to change based on current market rates, specific custom requirements, and any subsequent design modifications. Final pricing is determined by the specific gemstones selected and the complexity of the craftsmanship involved; therefore, any quoted price is strictly an estimate. The final balance will be adjusted based on the actual total metal weight used and other production factors. Quoted prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties, which will be calculated at checkout where applicable. The customer remains solely responsible for any additional import costs, taxes, or duties imposed by local authorities upon delivery.
• Payment: We accept various forms of payment through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate. For special arrangements, please contact us directly.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping: We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is correct.

Artemisia Jewel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearances, or other external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, or industrial strikes.

Due to the nature of our custom-made jewellery, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each gemstone is carefully handpicked to create the final product specifically for you, based on your selected gemstones and design. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of the original gemstones and to prevent the risk of them being replaced.
